Jeremy Young founded Uberplay at the beginning of 2003 and is Uberplay's President and CEO. Jeremy is responsible for setting the company's vision and strategy and for leading the Uberplay team. He has over 10 years of experience in starting and running successful small- to medium-sized businesses. He served as President of VServers LLC from 1996-1999, growing the startup from day one to its successful sale to Micron Electronics in 1999. Having started and successfully sold two Internet businesses, Jeremy brings a unique understanding of how technology can be used to enhance the enjoyment of board games by people everywhere.
Jeremy is an active angel investor, having invested in over 10 startups in various fields. He also is involved in several local and national charities including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Montreux Clinic for Eating Disorders.

Matt Molen is co-founder of Uberplay Entertainment. He brings 7 years of experience in developing marketing strategies for technology companies.
Matt's expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and public relations is now aimed at helping to broaden the impact that board games can have on bringing families of all kinds together.
Guido Teuber is co-founder of Uberplay Entertainment. Originally from Germany, he has been living in the USA since 1997. He is also managing director of the Catan LLC, representing the popular line of Catan games.
In his childhood, Guido got started in the gaming industry as a guinea pig for board game testing at his family home in Darmstadt, Germany. After a few stints involving aspirations for a diplomatic career, Guido decided to turn to a career in the gaming industry. His ambitious focus is to evangelize EURO-style games worldwide.
Guido holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Orleans and a Masters of Arts from the George Washington graduate school of International Affairs with a focus on International Economics.
