Steve Marsh
Steven R. Marsh is a game designer who an important figure in the early days of TSR. He was the lead editor of the Dungeons & Dragons Expert Set, the designer of the underwater encounter materials in the original Blackmoor supplement, and the creator of the Sahuagin, a fish-like monstrous humanoid species.
This Steve Marsh should not be confused with the other Steve Marsh, who edits Pyramid works for Steve Jackson Games.
